Remote IT Support
for Small Businesses
Most IT problems can be solved without anyone in the room. With your permission I connect securely through Splashtop, see exactly what you see and fix it while you watch. 14 years in IT. Delivered remotely.
How Remote Support Works
Call, text or email with the problem. I send you a secure Splashtop link, you approve the session, and I take it from there while you watch. When we're done, the session ends and I can't reconnect without your permission, unless you've signed up for ongoing support with unattended access.
- You approve every session
- Encrypted Splashtop connection
- You can watch everything I do
- Session ends when the fix is done
What I Can Fix Remotely
Microsoft 365 and Outlook problems, email setup, printers and scanners, slow or misbehaving PCs, software installs and updates, virus and pop-up cleanup, user accounts and passwords, file sharing and backups, and AI tools like Copilot and ChatGPT. Remote support can't repair physical hardware; if I find a failing part, I'll tell you what I found so you can take it to a repair shop or the manufacturer.
- Microsoft 365, Outlook & email
- Printers, scanners & drivers

Ongoing Remote Support
For businesses that want IT handled, ongoing remote support adds monitoring and unattended access through Splashtop so many issues get fixed before you notice them. It pairs well with AI assistants that turn your support emails and calls into tickets automatically. See Business IT for Microsoft 365, backups and networks.
